Annual operating support helps the museum present temporary and permanent exhibitions, weekly on-site programs, outreach programs, annual festival events, and summer camps-reaching thousands of families from Wisconsin and beyond.

Family Access Program Support

Our Family Access program ensures that learning through play is made accessible to families with cultural, physical, and economic barriers to museum participation. We show tremendous growth in this area year after year made possible through an increase in educational outreach programs, parenting classes for struggling single moms, and subsidized admission programs for families facing economic stress. These landmark efforts demonstrate not only the museum’s ability to meet the needs of our community, but also the museum’s need for outside support.
